  • For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

DO NOT go to the Troy location. You will not get the drink you paid for. I regularly go to the Troy location and order a flat white with almond milk. They serve it in the smallest cup, which is fine. But lately they have been making them completely empty. A flat white just means no foam basically. It doesn't mean NO milk and mostly empty. The drink on the left is what I was given and that's AFTER I noticed the first one was almost completely empty upon picking it up and politely asked them to remake it. This is what I got. I was dumbfounded. They had me pay $5.99 for this. There's nothing there!!! So I did another pickup at the Royal Oak location and received the drink on the right. A normal flat white. I love Seven Sundays and I recommend it to everyone I know, most of which have also started going there regularly now. But I'm definitely going to start clarifying to only bother with the Royal Oak location unless you want to throw your hard earned money down the drain like I have. *Pic of one cup just to show how short the cup is, which was then 1/4 of the way full.*

This place has been recommended to me several times and I was in the area the other day and stopped by. We got the s’mores latte and a brown butter latte, the girl at the register was very sweet and friendly, the staff was working hard in the background- obviously they get a lot of orders with the hype of this place. But the cost is insulting considering the drinks were nothing special, large ice cubes in a tiny boba style cup…$9 for a small mid latte that takes 10+ minutes? Nah.

Very pretty coffee shop with quick service and lots of tasty options for food and drink. I got the seasonal Blueberry Lavender Matcha and it was delicious but expensive, just under $10 for 1 drink, not including tip. My friend got a Latte with Oat milk and the egg bites. The egg bites were tasty but I wasn’t a fan of the latte. It tasted pretty acidic and like the beans were burnt. I rarely like lattes thought so take that with a grain of salt. I don’t like the cups they use either as they are made for bubble tea and it’s uncomfortable to drink without a straw. I usually get cold brew with cold foam and it would be next to impossible to drink that with the these types of lids as it’s a small hole and not at the edge of the cup like most sipping lids are from coffee chains are. Overall, it was good and I would come back with a higher price point in mind for this location.

I really enjoyed the vibe at Seven Sundaysβ€”it’s cozy and quiet, perfect for reading or getting some work done. That said, if you’re rolling in with a big group, you might struggle to find seating. Most of the tables were taken by students studying solo or in pairs. My cappuccino was solid, though a bit on the smaller side (8 oz). The lemon poppy seed cake? Absolutely delicious. Same goes for the chocolate croissantβ€”flaky, rich, and worth every calorie. One small hiccup: the host didn’t ask if I was dining in or taking away, so she packed everything in paper bags. Not a huge deal, but a little odd for someone clearly sitting down. Overall, a great little spot. I’ll definitely be back.

Truly the best cafe in Michigan (this location & Royal Oak). Beautiful atmosphere, incredible coffee, matcha, & pastries, and the best service/staff. I'm addicted to the Salted Brown Butter Oat Draft Latte on tap so that's my recommendation of what to get 🀣 If you see a line out the door, wait in it, it's worth it!!
